Hercules

Hercules is another donkey that comes from the nearby village of Borovo. His owner had gotten very sick and couldn’t keep Hercules. When we arrived at their home, the donkey was quite nervous and wouldn’t get in the trailer. He was kicking and jumping around, obviously distressed, so we gave him all the time he needed to calm down and waited patiently until he calmed down and trusted us to come with us.
Initially, we were worried about his reaction at his new home. But once he stepped out of the trailer and among his new friends, it was as if a miracle took place. Hercules became relaxed and easy-going. He turned out to be a curious, sociable donkey that often approaches people seeking attention. It makes him the perfect petting friend.
